HB Landscaping Sod Installation Warranty

Our company, HB Landscaping, is committed to providing high-quality sod installation services to our customers. We warranty our sod installation workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of installation.

Under this warranty, we will repair or replace any sod that dies due to improper installation practices.

The above warranty is contingent upon the homeowner carrying out our aftercare instructions.

Our warranty is void if:

Payment is not made in full and within 7 days of the invoice date.
Sod is damaged by man, animal, insects, mechanical damage, negligence, or act of God.
Sod is damaged by misuse of herbicides or pesticides by the homeowner or any of its agents.
The installed lawn wasn't watered according to our recommendations.

To make a claim under this warranty, the homeowner must provide written notice to our company within 30 days of discovering the issue, along with a description of the problem and photographs of the affected area. Our company will then inspect the affected area and determine if the problem is covered under this warranty. If the problem is covered, our company will repair or replace the affected sod, at no cost to the homeowner.

This warranty is transferable to the new owner of the property, if the property is sold during the warranty period.
