HB Landscaping Artificial Turf Installation Warranty

Our company, HB Landscaping, is committed to providing high-quality turf installation services to our customers. We warranty our turf installation workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of installation.

Under this warranty, we will repair or replace any turf that is damaged due to improper installation practices, or defective material.

The above warranty is contingent upon the homeowner carrying out our artificial turf maintenance guide.

Our warranty is void if:

Payment is not made in full and within 7 days of the invoice date.
Turf is damaged by man, animal, insects, mechanical damage, negligence, or act of God.
The artificial turf is used in a manner that is not consistent with its intended purpose, such as using it for heavy commercial or industrial applications.
Failure to properly maintain the artificial turf, such as neglecting to remove debris or replace the infill, can void the warranty.
Unauthorized modifications to the artificial turf, such as cutting or altering the fibers or seams, can void the warranty.
Exposing the artificial turf to extreme conditions, such as extreme temperatures, excessive sunlight, or harsh chemicals, can void the warranty.

To make a claim under this warranty, the homeowner must provide written notice to our company within 30 days of discovering the issue, along with a description of the problem and photographs of the affected area. Our company will then inspect the affected area and determine if the problem is covered under this warranty. If the problem is covered, our company will repair or replace the affected turf, at no cost to the homeowner.

This warranty is transferable to the new owner of the property, if the property is sold during the warranty period.
